Flat Battery Mercedes C 200 Classic (W202) V reg.
Talk about one step forward, two back. I think i must have upset somebody upstairs.
My battery was flat so i removed it for a charge in the house and was very careful not to lock the boot (which wasnt closing anyway, i assumed due no power) I stead i put some hazard tape over oi for a partial closure but inadvertantly managed to lock it , more fool me ! now with battery fully charged but cant open the boot. I have the FOB which has the removeable skeleton part but on just an initial investigation it doesnt seem to go into the boot lock properly . Is there a certain method for insertion , i assume it is supposed to fit??. I have a picture of the FOB and key removed. , Any help appreciated, Kind Regards, Brian.
