2008 r350, a few issues.
I posted this in the r class section and haven't had much success.
Cigerette lighter pops a fuse after I plug in something. It looks a little tarnished. If it needs a new socket, whats a part number, and can I try switching a socket from somewhere else less important?
I just replaced the batteries, but my one smartkey seems to work best after short trips. If the car sits for a while the buttons dont work. I will be doing more trouble shooting. I know the remote uses both ir and rf, I know that my car stays on after I shut down for a while to make it more ready if you are making short trips. Is there a fuse for the rf I could check?
