I have a problem with my air con, which blows cold despite having refrigerant topped up.
Checked with a non franchise diagnostic machine as the Dew Point Sensor B11/12 faulty. We cannot find where the sensor is located or how difficult it is to change. Can someone with Star look it up and advise on both where and fitting please. We have looked in the air intake on the scuttle behind the filter but nothing is there.
