Good day all. I am new to this site and I really need some help on this one, i am busy changing the head gasket on my wives car and i do'not know or can't see how to undo the timing chain tensioner to remove the cams?
can someone pls help

Well, i got the cams out, head off and yea, oil in water will post pics a bit later....
