Mercedes Benz M104 engine
The only Benz you could buy in North America with a manual and the I6 M104 engine was the 300SL in the early 90's (it had the 717.451 series manual transmission). It's a very rare combination (I've only ever come across DA-Dongle J2534).
In Europe, where manual transmissions are more prevalent, you could get a stick shift in almost any model.
