Battery Charging Question
Just purchased a Deltran Battery Tender to charge my c32 vehicle when not in use for long periods of time.
Can the charger simply be connected directly to the battery (positive and negative terminals) or can the negative cable that's grounded to the body and the positive jump cable j-box be used for charging?
I&O manual says disconnect the battery all together. I don't mind doing this if it's absolutely necessary, just looking for a quicker approach to this if it's not going to damage anything..

Yes, any metal part of the car for negative and any live positive is fine. The charger only is a couple of amps so no need to disconnect the battery. You will lose the memories in the stereo and clock if you do. I do this when I am away for several weeks, no problems.
