2006 SL65 AMG - Help! Red light! Visit Workshop
Newbie here so sorry if this was ever posted. I tried searching but don't know what I'm searching for. Photo attached
Just got my car out of storage for the winter.
First, the ABS / TPMS lights came on with a warning. The TPMS or ABS does not stay lit. Called my shop, they said bring it in and may be sensors going bad. I did make sure tires inflated properly.
Both transponders in keys need new batteries and are weak. Won't even lock doors. Have to manually put key in ignition to start.
While waiting for appointment, drove again tonight. Car SHUT OFF at light. Started right back up. Turned around, went home and this Red warning light came on.
What's up?? I really appreciate any help and want to be prepared.
Some sort of computer chip problem?
