Headlight repair tip needed

I have 2 used headlights for a e550 coupe, both have damaged mounting tabs (only one, the same on each). One is much better shape than the other. I was wondering how I could best render a support tab on the worst one. The first 2 pictures are views of the better tab, so you can see what I need to achieve on the other headlight, where this tab is mostly sheared off (the last 2 pictures)
thanks

Get some scrap plastic. Cut roughly to shape (don't worry about mounting holes etc at this point). Get your soldering iron and melt the edges together. Us thin strips if plastic like welding rod and melt extra plastic across the joints and in the radius of any corners. File down any excess plastic and finally drill holes in. Works for me most times!
