Hi All, Does anyone know the size & thread pitch of the front spindle bearing locknut? I have a '95 C-220 hand-me-down in really nice shape. Recently the right front wheel bearing went bad & seized on the spindle. I got it off and cleaned up the spindle but the threads got nicked in the process. I think they are M18x1 threads but i want to be sure before I try to clean them up.
I'm new to MB ownership and this forum - looking for some help. Thanks!
