Multiple Codes - possible balance shaft issue

I have a 2006 C280 that has a VIN number in the range of defective gears.

I just started getting codes P0016 and P0017 do these codes mean my engine is about to fail for the balance shaft issue?

The other code I'm getting is for the intake butterfly, code P2006 Bank 1A stuck closed. I have no problem replacing the intake but don't want to if the gears are about to go.

Is it possible this code is causing the P0017 and P0016 codes?

I did just replace all 4 cam shaft magnets.

Also now looking for a replacement motor in case of possible engine failure. Anyone know of a forum member with one available?

Thanks,
Bob

1200 and 1208 are balance shaft codes.
