Stupid problem with mbrace !!
So i recently bought a Mercedes CLS550 2013 pre-owned. After 3 weeks of ownership, today I gave a call to mbrace to setup my account with them. The customer service at mbrace notified me that the previous owner of the vehicle is still paying for the mbrace subscription on my car, and that they cannot do anything until the dealership that sold me the car calls the owner up and ask them to cancel the subscription. I mean are they that stupid. What do I have to do with all of this. Still I call the dealership to get an answer, but they cannot locate the owner of the vehicle. WTH!! So, why is it my fault that the previous owner is a retard.
Any advice on how this can be resolved guys? I am going to call the mbrace people again and give it to them for this issue. Is there a way to fix this other than that please let me know. Thank you so much.
