Video-722.9 transmission leak, 2009 ML320 diesel W164

Hi I have a minor oil leak (3 drips per day) and I suspect it is coming from the transmission.

I tried to access the spot with a camera and made 2 videos:

and
.
Does anyone had similar issues?

If I leave the car off there is no leak. The leak only appears when I run it and seems to be very slow.

Any tips how to address the case?

its coming from the valley, possible oil cooler seals, the hole you see on the vid is a drain any oil the leaks from oil cooler shows up in there, take a look from top at anything that can leak, turbo seals, air mass seals etc, if all good get a borescope and take a look at the valley, I'm gona say its your cooler seals

Here is a picture of the turbo and the gasket. Indeed there is some oil, is it normal? Where does this oil comes from?

Here is a video from the top of the car.
Seems like this accumulate oil reaches the transmission via the drain you said.

the amount off oil seems normal, there is hallways some blow by, not sure if enough leaked to make it come out the drain, you can try to remove the fuel filter and use the borescope to check around the oil cooler

Good idea I just bought a boroscope to see it.

And by the way, every day I drive the car on the first "pedal to the floor" I got some grey or black smoke out of the exhaust pipes for 3 or 4 seconds.
On the second time of pedal to the floor or during that day if I accelerate hard it does not happen.

After the car sitting for a night it will happen again. Does this happens to you as well?

right now i don't have a diesel, mine is gas, but never paid attention on the diesels to see if there was any smoke but with all the sensors and crap that exhaust has, i am sure if there was a problem you would get a check engine light
