Changed the transmission cooler lines because old ones rusted now when I Start vehicle it goes in drive and reverse then stops. I have to turn vehicle off and let sit for couple of minutes to move again only to stall again. I changed transmission filter and fluid level is good.

You have sympathetic psychosis-----changing the cooler lines would not produce what you are posting----you have other issues!--what -start testing with some good diagnostics!
