Does anyone know where the fuel tank pressure sensor on a 2008 r320 cid is located on the car. Bought the part, but I can't replace it because the diagrams are somewhat vague. I just changed the two fuel pumps in the tank and read that it is a good idea to change that sensor.

Upon editing the electrical low pressure fuel system schematic, there is no so called fuel tank pressure sensor.


Who provided that rumor!

When you use the MB EPC and your VIN 163 542 28 18 is not found, before you waste your money--take a trip to any dealer to confirm!

 

You likely need the one at the rail.

The rail pressure sensor is on the high side and has nothing to do with the low pressure tank side . That is a totally different part and function--watch what you buy and only buy the VIN.
