M272 connecting rods and headbolts torque.
Hi all.
Im new here and fairly new to the Mercedes world of engines.
have on the assembly table a m272 engine.
just cant find anywhere the torque numbers for the rod bolts and cylinder head torque sequence?
Local dealer gives no info so if anyone has those informations or can tell where I can buy the book or download. Please step in and share.
cant afford to have someone else rebuild this engine for me.

Did You ever find out the torque values? I have the same problem. Lots of "torque to the specified value" but never any values.
The sequence can be found online but not the torque value. I would suppose that all M272 engines have the same torque value irrespective of VIN.
