Help - left-right rocking sensation on cold-start - MY2010 E200 CGI
Hi, thank you all in advance as all your replies are duly respected and much appreciated.
Vehicle
- 2010 E200 CGI (Petrol)
- 118,000 kms or 73,000 miles
- Service B due in about 4,000 kms or 2,500 miles
My symptoms
- When initiating a cold start and remaining at standstill, the car rocks side-to-side whilst the RPM's lower.
- After a few seconds, the side-to-side rocking ends and the RPM rests at the idle state.
- Please also note that when holding the brakes in Drive mode, the car is super still (no vibration due to bad mountings).
Advice
- Please can someone advise me on the possible issues?
