Battery replaced. All lights strong for months slow to start and catch now nothing when turning key but lights all strong

Tumbler flap is broken could that be the cause or is it the secondary battery or a fuse?

I would first check the starting circuit relay and or ignition module. Then I would apply battery voltage directly to the starter---what happens!
