dealer damage (fletcher jones)
i had my car in for some warranty service. they replaced my guage cluster, shift rod bushings, and my srs child seat airbag sensor. it was awsome because it was totally free. my service advisor was super nice and hooked me up.
the problem is that when i got the car back, i found two small gouges on my passenger door panel.
i feel werid because the service advisor was so cool by replacing all my stuff and i am contemplating on going in and telling him about the damage.
what do you think i should do?

I would tell him for sure. I had my E320 in for service since the crank pully was bad. Well when I picked up my car I noticed that the windshield had a crack in it from one end to the other. I told my advisor and he told me he would take care of it. I got a brand new windshield, rain sensor, and wiper blade all for free. Fletcher Jones is a great place and I take my car there as well. Im in Newport Beach BTW.

I WOULD Tell The advisor or Bob Evans!
I Wont go back to Fletcher Jones after Parking lot rash..front bumper hit...door dents....And The Best They washed my car with a PLEASE DO NOT WASH MY CAR..on the cluster...
WITH the bra on it,,,the paint turned white and the car looked like they washed it with a Brillo Pad
Oh Yeah then they Tried to stick me with a car rental bill...
Since MB pays for the rental..Channel Two did a nice little one re that....
