i was looking to purchase a china version Star to diagnose and program new sensors to my w166 but some of the info on the net scares me. Do I need SCN coding and what is it. Some info on the c3 version indicates the software emulates using some VMware software, runs slow, and the key expires shortly after.

Whats your guys take on this one? They tell me key is good tim 2030 and it runs off the hard drive. Is this what I should buy?

Anyone have any knowledge they can transfer to me regarding the software. I am famialr with these types of software, i use BMW INPA for my Beamer, i am just lost as to what i need to purchase for the mercedes.
