2014 C250
2014 Mercedes C250 Steering Module Failure
Hi, I am driving a 2014 C250 and it is the 2nd one I owned in a year. The airbag light came on and at the same time the horn and control buttons on steering and speedometer displayed failed. I took my Car to a local dealer to diagnose and they told me that that the starting module failed. I have been driving for over 35 years and never had such a problem.
I thought this issue was related to two recalls but Mercedes does not want to cover since the car has more than 50K miles which is above the warrenty. I had numerous phone calls with their customer care department but the declines to help with the repair.
