So I bought a car that was in accident ecm was fried past repairable bought a new pre programmed ecm and car still wont start and still stating no communication with ecm I was told terminal 87 fried it so when I went to check the relay there was no relay on either 87 terminal I put new relay heard it click took it out tested relay with multi meter it was fine then put relay in and the new ecm in still nothing I pray I didn't just burn another ecm any help would be great I'm thinking about changing the engine bay sam out with a used one of a 211 will the Sam need to programmed or no?

I can't help too much with the Sam issue, but if you end up needing another ecm, give us a call. 1-888-875-2958 Hopefully it won't come to that though, no one wants to buy multiple ecm's.
