After Putting Manifold back on, check out these codes!
P2137 Throttle Position Sensor
P0123 Throttle Position Sensor Circuit
P0222 Throttle Pedal Sensor B
When I start it, it get Traction is inoperable and the car is not running right. I had the manifold off to document changing the spark plugs on the 276 engine.

'99 and '05 E55 AMG
Everything points to the throttle body and/or its connector. Intake manifold was off which implies the throttle body came off with it which means you had to disconnect the harness. Check the connector for bent pins and to ensure it is seated properly, clear codes, and check it again.
