Balancer pulley will not stay tight????? W123 300D

Im dying here.... I cannot keep it tight!

It will come loose after a few minutes of idling, therefore disabling all drivebelts...

Anyone know whats going on here... am I not doing something right?

Thanks

Perhaps the bolts have streached. This sometimes happens and on high torque situations new bolts should be used. Be certain to torque them to the sec torque value what ever that may be
