2005 c220 cdi cranks but wont start, camshaft and throttle pedal codes showing.

2005 c200 cdi cranks but wont start, camshaft and throttle pedal codes showing.
My friends car is bringing up 2 throttle pedal codes (which wont clear on the snapon solus scanner) and a cam shaft hall sensor code, which does clear but keeps coming back, after cranking, with no start, sometimes the car fires/splutters but will not run.
Ive fitted a new camshaft sensor, which worked for a short while but now the car wont start again, so i decided to fit another throttle pedal, which turned up today (21/05/18) but this has made no difference, so, now i'm a bit stumped the only code that i thought would affect the starting, would be the cam shaft sensor or the crankshaft position sensor but there is no ckps code.
any suggestions are welcome and appreciated, i'm a mechanic but have limited knowledge on Mercedes.

p.s I'll list the codes, when i get a chance to plug the scanner in again.
