'07 C280 4Matic Transverse/Control Arm Bolt Kit.

Hello, I posted this to the W203 forum but haven't gotten a reply yet, I've got the Transverse/Control Arm for my '07 C280 4matic (the ball joint gave up the ghost at 155,000 miles).
While going over a DIY write up I came upon this;

"With repair kit installed: Do not turn the
carrier repair bolt. When loosening or tightening the
nut it is essential to counter hold the repair
bolt, as otherwise the fixing lugs for caster
adjustment in the rubber mount will be
sheared off."

Now this has me wonder if I need new bolts or can I reuse the bolt the hold the arm to the car. If anyone has the part number for the kit please supply it.
