Help with radio and windows

My friend has a 1999 clk320 with 38k on it. Its been hit on the right side door. Seems like the door was replaced and the panel right behind it had some work done to it. Very minor collison. Now my question is, his cd changer will cut out here and there and make some nasty staticing noise. Someteims the the radio will also cut and do similar things to the cd changer. Also in the winter it seems to work better and when the car is cold. What could the problem be? Could it be the fiber optic lines? Please help guys. Also...his windows have a hard time going up on both sides. This seems to be more problematic in the summerish time too and less in the winter. What could that be? Thanks.

I'd say fiber optics could be a possiblilty but the amp could cause those similar problems as well. The windows is an odd situation since they act the same on both sides.
