Brake Wear message won't go away. Need help with Engieering Mode codes..

Hi all, recently Brake Wear message popped up on my dash and I replaced rear pads and sensor as expected, front pads still have plenty of life left. Unfortunately, the message popped back up as soon as I pressed the brake pedal.
I researched and read that sometimes the Brake Sensor Cable/Harness (part number 1645406510) goes bad, so I bought and replaced with OEM cable.
NO LUCK, the Brake Wear message popped back up as soon as I pressed the pedal.
Finally, I went into the Engineering Mode to clear the Error History and these new Warning messages showed up (attached snapshots).
Can anybody help me decrypt these codes, maybe they carry information whether it is rear or front sensors that are malfunctioning?
Thanks in advance.
