Bouncing Passenger Window

Anyone had the problem where the drivers side or passanger window bounces when putting it all the way up or down. I have taken it to the dealer twice and they say they can't find anything wrong. Any one have comments or opinions on this?

There's actually a technical bulliten by Mercedes that specifies this problem and how to fix it. Get tough with your dealer!

Bring it to the dealer and see if you can have this problem duplicated with a MB technician inside the car and you might have a better luck of getting this problem fixed.
