PLEASE HELP😩😭!!- c300 new transmission is bad after 1 year!
I'm new here and I'm looking for guidance..... I have a 2009 c300 that I bought used three years ago.
when I bought it I as told that the pawl park seals were slightly leaking and that could cause transmission trouble later so I paid 1400 to have the seals fixed only to have my transmission go bad a year later.
i was told that the bearing went bad and since the transfer case and transmission were a sealed unit they couldn't just change the bearing and the whole transmission needed replaced....
If it was a sealed unit then how did they replace the seals that I paid 1400 to replace ??
..... so i opted for the brand new transmission instead of a used to avoid any problems and paid close to 5000.
its only been a year and four months and I'm told that the brand new transmission is bad!
The tech said that the u joint failed on the front driveshaft and the transfer case and transmission are making noise!!!......
If it's all a sealed unit....Did they even replace the pawl park seals to begin with?
should they have replaced the ujoints when the transmission was replaced a year and half ago?
I can't believe that a brand new transmission would only last a year and half? If the joints were that bad shouldn't they have replaced them when the new transmission was replaced?
im sick over this!

Also the drivetrain rear wheel bearing is worn and growls as you increase speed and will cost 741.00.... !!!!! I didn't put that many miles on it in a year and four months! Wouldn't they have seen the driveshaft was bad a year ago?
