2008 CLK 550 Convertible Rear Right Window Regulator

I had a problem with my rear right window, was able to remove the window regulator after dismantling the side panel, seats and all that. The regulator itself was fine, the problem was the cable that was all jammed and a plastic piece that broke. I bought a repair kit for the regulator and replaced the platic pieces, cable and all. The cable was under a bit of tension when I was able to fit it all back together, but it went back in place fine. I lubricated the "channel" where the part that moves the window runs (white lithium grease in a Q-tip) and put it back in place.

It now works, however, the window doesn't go all the way down anymore... It comes back up fine and fits perfectly when closed, but once I put it all down, it stops about an inch before the left side window (the one working well). There's no weird sound or anything, just stops a little before. I tried pulling the fuse and putting it back in, holding the button down and nothing works... Anybody could help me before I put it all back together?!
