2007 SL 550

Pulse Seats for 2007 SL 550

I purchase a 2007 SL 550. When I press the buttons for the pulse on either seat the lights come on for a couple of seconds and while the light is on for the brief time nothing vibrates in either seat. What can I do to trace the problem?Thanks
