2015 GL450 Airmatic system up in smoke

While driving home from the holiday I was overcome by the distinct smell of burning wire in the passenger compartment. This was followed by a message in the display which at the time I didn’t recognize as an Airmatic malfunction.

Fortunately the car didn’t catch fire and the smell dissipated.

Following the event I began investigating the cause to find a fix. Connected to xSentry and found the compressor was locked out. Couldn't reset the code. Checked the fuse, relay, compressor (all good) and sniffed the car upside down trying to find the fried component with no success.

At at this point I’m unable to find the problem and suspect the pneumatic suspension control module. Can’t seem to find it? xSentry shows a picture pointing at the drivers door and I don't have a late version of Starfinder to search for a better picture..

Can an someone tell me where the module is located? It should be part # 166-900-95-18 or 166-900-48-11.

Vehicle currently has 35 bar of pressure at each corner, sitting high and not leaking. Compressor is locked out and has no power. The interior ride height button not functioning. There is also a message in the speedo display indicating Airmatic malfunction.

Found the module under the front left floor board. Had to unbolt the seat, pull up the carpet and remove a floor panel. I was able to remove and disassemble the module and examine the board. Unfortunately, no visible fried components or visible damage and very faint odor. Anyone with ideas?
