HELP! Ambient Lighting Install Option Code!?!?
Hello all,
I recently had an aftermarket ambient lighting kit installed on my 2016 Mercedes C450 AMG. The install went great but the shop owner couldn't figure out how to activate the lighting so he took it into Scottsdale Mercedes dealership to have his buddy use their system to activate it. They got all the way to the activation screen and it prompted them to enter the option code to activate the lights.
They tried the option code for the 2017 "877" but no luck.
Does anyone here have any idea or suggestions on where I could find the option code for this? Do you know if the 2016 C450 had the ambient lighting option? I really hope we can figure this out or else I'm out nearly $700 and a ton of time.
