Dealership / Service advisor reference

Apologies if this is not the right place, happy to repost if there is a better forum.

I am looking for help/recommendation for a good dealership/service dept/service advisor in the San Francisco Bay Area.

I purchased a new vehicle about a month ago and last week discovered missing fasteners in the front wheel well. Unfortunately I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Autobahn motors today. While agreeing to replace the fasteners, the service advisor made it clear that I will be better served by working with another service department. If anyone has had a good experience with a service advisor in the SF, Oakland, or San Jose area, I am grateful for a reference.
