Seat belt got stuck on my W220 S500

Is there a way to release the tension of the seat belt from the holder. The rear seatbelt on my S500 got stuck, and I could not pull it out from the rotor holder. Can I open it out by myself or the dealer will has to replace the new seat belt ?

Thanks in advance

Richard

More than likely needs to be replaced. DO NOT SCREW AROUND WITH SAFETY RELATED COMPONENTS. Get it fixed, and have it done right, with original parts.

Had the same problem with my front passenger seat belt. The whole mechanism was replaced.
