Mercedes CLS500 Instrument Cluster

I own a 2006 CLS500 bought with an instrument cluster out of another vehicle. The dealership says they can not program it to my car. Is there anybody that can erase/program the instrument cluster?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

To get a used instrument cluster to work in your car you need to reset mileage to 0 and then perform initial start up.
