2012 c350 coupe 4matic, 1994 Toyota Supra twin turbo
SRS Code 9C58
Hey everyone, looking for some help with my 2012 W204 c350 coupe. I've had an SRS code 9C58 for a while now and can't figure out how to go about solving the issue. The code is described as "the squib for left rear emergency tensioning retractor has excessively high resistance." Weird thing is, when the code is cleared, the code ONLY pops back up during hot weather. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Have you got Star Diagnosis? If you do, then double-click on the fault and a screen will appear to guide you through troubleshooting.

No, I don't have access to a Star Command system. I am using the iCarsoft reader.

Well, it's either the ETR, wiring or the SRS module. If you do not know how to test them, take it to a shop.
