C350e jerking - multiple error codes P2266, P0128, P2270, P2221, P2208

C350e jerking - multiple error codes P2266, P0128, P2270, P2221, P2208
Hey guys,
I have noticed when the car is about to change to petrol from electric whilst accelerating, the car jerks.
It tends to happen on lower gears only (1-2).
When I'm driving on complete petrol (charge mode) the jerking doesn't happen.
I do remember recently the car petrol was quite low and I drove it to the petrol station. The car had automatically gone into e-mode only due to low fuel. I don't know if this had any cause to it?
I managed to order a OBD2 reader from Amazon and it pushed out the following error codes:
P2266 - water in fuel sensor circuit low
P0128 - Coolant thermostat
P2270 - O2 sensor signal stuck lean bank 1 sensor 2
P2221 - NOx Sensor heater sense circuit bank 2
P2208 - NOx sensor heater sense circuit bank 1
Ultimately I am going to have to take it to the mechanic I am guessing but I wanted all your advice before I do take it!
