W210 brake line replace. What size line?

I have to replace the brake line to the right rear on thisW210 97 E320 and know it is different from an American car in so much as it is metric.
So, the question is what is the size of the line to use and are the fittings "standard" of are they special?
Can the line be purchased from aftermarket supplier or Mercedes?
I have a Mastercool flare tool but it is SAE not metric and to be honest I am not absolutely sure if I can make the required flare with it..
Any advice or directions to a DIY how to? Thanks

Brian,
It sounds like this may be over your head and since brakes are a huge safety component on your car you may want to have this done by a good independent shop. But, for your further knowledge, aftermarket brake lines sized properly for your MB are readily available. Also, the specific direct replacement line is available from MB.

Figured out that 3/16 (4.75mm) line works and is readily available in nickle copper.
MB is steel which is hard to bend and soooooo expensive.
The flare is a bubble flare and you have to use metric bubble fittings 10mm x.1
