W211 Xenon Bulb replacement
I own W211 E320 cdi 2004 and the bulb went on the passenger side, bought new one and went through different uTube videos and forums and replaced it. Bulb was Xenon D2S 35w.
Replaced it very carefully and then started the car and switched it on - it worked and there was big smile but then I switched it off and on again and it did not turn on again.
New bulb doesn't look blown but the ballast looks all clean and healthy, any ideas?? Don't want purchase another expensive Xenon bulb to get same fault. Replace ballast maybe? if there anything else
on the headlamp unit that may cause this? Fuse look ok in the bonnet compartment.
