No hot air AT ALL !!
So my w203 cdi will get engine to about 90 ºC running temperature as expected.
Since i bought it, i noticed a big difficulty on getting my windshield defogged but about 4 months ago my dash started a rattling noise.
It goes on about 2 minutes or 3 and then shuts off untill i start engine again, or 2nd position key in ignition.
Well about 4 months ago i didnt need hot air on the vents so i did not notice i was not getting any hot air through them.
Now its about 2ºC outside, car engine is running about 60 to 70ºC and i am freezing inside.
I gave up on messing with controls and flaps because it gets worse: cold air!!
Can anyone give me some hints if i really need to remove dash to access any stepper/flap motor or even if this could be the culprit?
