My BenzNinja unexpected experience
I thought I would do a quick review of my BAD experience with BenzNinja. After reading several reviews and seeing his name come up several times I contacted him through DM here and then via his website and asked about how his services worked and what it was, etc. He sent me a PDF explaining everything.
Below is my entire interaction with BenzNinja (Peter). I never questioned or bashed his price, demanding a discount, or said I can get it cheaper somewhere else or anything like that. Nothing. I simply asked if he offers discounts.
Now, I'm not a customer service expert or anything. BenzNinja is undoubtedly VERY unprofessional at the minimum.

Hmmmm, interesting. This has not been my experience at all. Peter has been very pleasant and responsive to work with. He’s been patient with my questions and has provided direct answers.
I recently got the AMG cluster and transmission mods. The tranny mod added Agility mode and remember last setting. The AMG cluster mod is cool with the new info about the car and the tranny mod adds a whole new dimension to tranny responsiveness for non-AMG cars.
I do recommend @BenzNinja for the quality service he provides. If he seemed harsh to you, you set the tone with your second response about "smart *** replies" being free.

Yeah... OP obviously didn't understand what a language barrier looks like in type script.
Peter's response was, well, what we've all come to expect from him -- clear, thorough and to the point.
That is, up until the OP called him a smart *** LOL.
