Trailer hitch alarm S204 T C350 2008
Hi, my trailer hitch is a Westfalia swing hitch.
When it is down, all okay , when it is up I get an alarm, red LED at the trailer handle flashes and "tjek hitch" displays in the dash board.
How does the LED and alarm work ?, is the cable from the handle to the hitch just a steel cable that releases the swing hitch and by its length controls the LED and alarm or is there an electrical wire in the cable as well ? Where is the contact for the LED and alarm located, in the handle or in the swing hitch ?
