Broken hatch/door for charging port - c350e 2017

Hi.

Managed to brake the hatch/door for the charging port on my c350e 2017 mod when washing it..

Tried to look up a new part online, and I think I found one.

The question is how do I change it? Does anyone know?
Do I need to take off the rear bumper to access it, or can I uninstall it from the "outside".

See pictures below:

I have just managed to do exactly the same thing. Did you manage to fix yours and source the new parts OK?

I read on another thread that you have to take the bumper off.

I had the same issue, it’s now fixed.

I ordered spare part A2537570200 from LLL Parts UK. It seems to ve well available in US as well.

Installation was quite tricky. I removed the whole bumper. I think you can remove only the right side of if and change the flap. I just didn’t understand how to remove the pin/axle first. You can remove it by hitting gently the pin from top (remove the spring first). The white knot and the pin comes out then.

There is a really good video for bumper removal.
