Hello everybody. I own a LR Discovery I, and I'm on replacing engine for tax reasons (live in Greece and 2000cc has more than double year taxes than 1800cc, 660€ vs 300€). So thinking of buing a Mercedes M271, because of 1800cc, any type that give about 150HP.
Now, the question is: "will it work on other car, or have to make a lot of changes so that cost is too much for the whole project?"
Also I want to keep the current LR gearbox and transmission.
Any help is welcome.
