HID Ballast Question
Hello All,
I have been experiencing some issues with my HID llights in the 2010 Mercedes C300, currently the D1s lights work though they do not seem very bright at all. The ballast does not seem to flicker or cut out at all. Originally when l purchase the vehicle (Used) it had D3s bulbs in it which l found after a few minutes of driving with the lights on the bulbs would dim. This l found was a result of the miss match between the bulb and ballast (D1s ballast to D3s bulb). My question is...can l update the ballast to a D3s and where would be the best place to look.
I have also thought about converting to LED though l can't seem to find a kit will guarantee correct operation (no issues).
