MB software start key
Looking for MB Repair CD ownersIf you have a copy of the MB Workshop Service Software (White cover with 4 CD's inside) I would like to verify the start code for the WIS section. MY EPC works but the WIS does not load. To check this open this software with the the user ID and password. This opens up the "Programs" page. To the left on this page is a list that contains the word "Administration>Server" Press this which takes you to the files under Server. Press the top one "Edit the Access Authorization" and then please make a copy of the 47 digit start key number for the WIS/ASRA (the lower one for the WIS/ASRA) and list this for me. You can highlight and control C this number without any danger. This is 10 times easier than it sounds and I would like to get this info.

Hmmmm......I thought that this address would work, however, it made no difference. On the log-in page I am getting a note" One of the server access authorizations is not valid. Please check access authorizations".
Any ideas?

Sorry, I'm an infant w/this SW. I only followed your instructions. I thought I'd just pull the keys off the post after you had them. Don't know why, guess just BC they're called keys.

When I first got mine, which was probably 4/5 months ago, I was overwhelmed with it (still kinda am), I emailed them and they did reply, albeit not much help except to tell me the SW was really complex and took a lot to get to learn it.
