which way do you turn belt tensioner???
I am changing a belt on 2001 SLK 230. The back belt tensioner turns & releases with a good amount of pressure The Supercharger(front belt) tensioner is the one I cannot get to budge?? I definately do not want to break something..... Anyone know which way it turns?? I looked at the way the belt travels & it looks like clockwise,???

I did search first.
