Clk rear Sam compatibility
CLK cabriolet 3.5 , vin number WDB2094562T100657
My car has a faulty rear SAM , no lights but other bits work , as I don’t wish to buy new I am intending to purchase a used item , the existing unit is a 5dk 00848665
with 209 545 17 01 on it , it seems that there is wild variation in late model clk rear Sams . Is it possible to advise what might work , current options are a 2095450101 or a 209 545 07 01 , can anyone advise if these will work or possible numbers that might .

I am not an expert on your MY CLK, but on a SAM, front or rear, I would only do a P/N to P/N exchange and not a variation. It could work, but the variation might also support (or not support) an option you have in your car that another Model doesn't have.
