Mercedes Me app services stuck in Activation in progress.. Does it work in Croatia?

Mercedes Me app services stuck in Activation in progress.. Does it work in Croatia?
Hey there. My car came with around 16 mercedes me app services and only 4 of them actually work, while the rest of them are stuck in Activation in progress. I am actually currently in a country that does not officially support Mercedes me so I am registered on the Croatian store. The dealers in my country say it cannot be made to work in my country. What if I visited Croatia? Could they activate these services for me? Thanks! The car is a W206 C180 2022
